Job summary

Kentucky Blood Center Inc is seeking a Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors during registration, screening, and phlebotomy across Kentucky. You will travel with a mobile team to multiple sites and support each phase of the donor process.

The role offers training, a 20–50 cent per hour differential, and a focus on patient care. Mon-Fri schedule with Sundays off; lodging and mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic MS Office skills; able to navigate web-based applications.
• Excellent customer service, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn new skills and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening and phlebotomy processes.
• Travel regularly with a team to various sites within Kentucky.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as part of donor services.
• Set up and break down equipment; support at donor centers as needed.
