Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related training a plus.
• Excellent customer service, reliability and professionalism; ability to quickly learn new skills and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors during registration, medical screening and phlebotomy.
• Travel with a team to various sites within Kentucky.
• Provide friendly, informative service and maintain donor flow.
