Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Careers in Towson, MD is seeking a Phlebotomist Supervisor for a rotating schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). You will oversee Patient Services, including Mobile and In-Office Phlebotomy and PSC operations, plus training staff and staffing PSCs to ensure a safe, professional environment across facilities.

The role leads daily operations, coordinates teams, and upholds high service standards while supporting a compliant, patient-centered workflow.

Phlebotomist Supervisor - Towson, MD, Rotating Schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Oversee functions of Patient Services that may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy and Patient Service Centers. The Supervisor will have responsibility for all activities of the function including but not limited to, training of all personnel, all daily operations and staffing of PSCs. Ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all facilities supervised.

Pay range: $60,500 - $108,900 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
