Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist I to join our patient-focused team. You will perform specimen collection and processing in a fast-paced clinical setting, ensuring accuracy and compassionate patient care.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends. Compensation starts at a minimum of $20.00 per hour, with potential annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, finances, and development.

Pay range: Minimum of $20.00+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
