Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team in Rockville, MD and surrounding areas. This role leads a team of phlebotomists, manages schedules, and ensures efficient patient flow across Patient Service Centers and client offices. Monday–Friday 4am–9pm with flexible Saturday hours as needed.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years as a phlebotomist, and a phlebotomy certification. Preferred: 5 years phlebotomy and 2 years supervisory experience.

**Salary range** $55,000 - $82,000 All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data May be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
