We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for growth within the organization will also be available.

• Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Hours and location may vary based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately and promptly enter patient information.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
• Proven record of exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass a color blindness test.
