We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and representing the company positively. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

• QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM

PSTs may qualify for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch. Hours and location may vary based on business needs and supervisor requests.

Location: Cumming, GA

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages
• Collect specimens for various tests
• Accurate and timely data entry of patient info
• Process billing and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for testing
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide superior customer service
• Perform administrative duties
• Travel to additional sites as required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• Previous phlebotomy experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility for overtime
• Ability to pass a color blindness test
