Job summary

The position is PRN with daytime shifts, including Saturdays 8a-1p and additional days as needed, emphasizing safety, PPE, and adherence to Infection Control and Laboratory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program
• Preferred licenses: DL, Phlebotomy Technician, MLA, BLS
• Good communication and computer skills

Responsibilities

• May perform phlebotomy and blood collection for all ages.
• Prepare and process patient specimens, ensure proper labeling.
• Assist with preanalytical processing and specimen transport.
• Support laboratory operations and performance improvement activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and education to clinical staff.
