Parkridge East Hospital in East Ridge, TN, is seeking a Phlebotomist PRN to join our laboratory team. The Phlebotomist performs blood collection procedures, receives and processes specimens, answers department phones, and maintains inventory and supplies.

When serving as Laboratory Assistant, you coordinate collections among Phlebotomists and prepare samples for testing, including reference lab testing. Education: High School or GED; formal phlebotomy training preferred.

• Education: High School or GED required; formal phlebotomy training preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: None
• Experience: One-year hospital preferred.

Parkridge East Hospital is a 120+ bed facility in East Ridge. We provide a full range of medical and surgical services. These services include orthopedics and robotic surgery. We have a 24/7 Emergency Department. This ED is recognized by the Society of Chest Pain Centers as an Accredited Chest Pain Center. The facility also offers obstetrical care and complex gynecological procedures. We also hold a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
