Urology Austin, PLLC seeks a Phlebotomist I to support efficient patient flow and assist with blood draws. You will work under supervision of physicians and nurses in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include obtaining blood samples, preparing rooms, maintaining infection control, and coordinating with front desk and other staff to ensure smooth patient visits. A valid phlebotomy certification is preferred; HS diploma required. Austin, TX. This position is full-time.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate from an accredited medical assistant program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam or treatment rooms.
• Obtain and file patient records as required.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained prior to procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and relay pertinent information to physicians/nurses.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms and manage supplies.
