Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; phlebotomy class is preferred.
• One year of phlebotomy experience or completion of a phlebotomy program is expected.
• Good customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture or capillary collection.
• Process orders and specimens according to protocol and laboratory policies.
