Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to support plasma donation operations. You will guide donors through the donation process, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and help maintain a safe and compliant center environment.

The role focuses on accurate sample collection, adherence to SOPs, and ensuring donor comfort and safety while working within a team dedicated to high-quality plasma-derived therapies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and policies.
• Greet donors and introduce the donation process to establish trust.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs and monitor donor well-being.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and setup donation machines.
• Record donor data and incidents in the donor information system.
• Respond to donor complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare the center for audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
