Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist – We Train to join our plasma center team. Our role supports donors’ health and comfort and helps advance life-saving plasma-derived medicines through careful collection and documentation in a global healthcare environment.

Primary responsibilities include determining donor suitability, establishing rapport while maintaining confidentiality, responding to donor reactions, monitoring donor health and equipment, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness while keeping confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
