Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train to join our plasma donation centers in the United States. You will be part of an international healthcare team focused on donor care, safety, and high-quality plasma products.

This hands-on program trains you to assess donor suitability, set up plasmapheresis equipment, respond to donor reactions, and keep the center comfortable and compliant with Grifols standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
