Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks a Phlebotomist– We Train to support plasma collection centers. You will assist in donor suitability, build rapport with donors, and help handle donor reactions while ensuring confidentiality and donor comfort.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis machines, monitoring donors and equipment, and proper disposal of contaminated materials, with emphasis on safety and quality in a plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Interest in making a difference in the world.
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
