Qualifications

• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and monitor donor reactions.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and monitor donor donation processes.
• Troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Record donor vitals and manage the donor information system.
