Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center in Minden, NV. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, handle specimens, and deliver friendly, accurate service to patients at our Minden location.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm with potential overtime. Pay range is $17.75–$27.69 per hour; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and PTO. Nevada license or eligible licensure is required.

Qualifications

• NV state-issued laboratory assistant license or license still in process at time of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver excellent patient service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
• Enter patient information accurately and process billing when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs for patient data.
• Travel to additional sites as needed and provide courteous service.
