Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in McMinnville, OR. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc., and provide excellent patient service.

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience.
• Pass color vision test.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
