Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Tualatin, OR.

You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training, with a preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
