Qualifications

• Phlebotomy Certification desired.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on patients per policy with proper labeling and patient identification.
• Assist in other laboratory functions and process specimens.
• Operate Lab LIS and manage phone calls.
• Respond to phlebotomy requests within established time frames.
• Prepare phlebotomy trays and ensure QA participation.
