Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Six months direct phlebotomy experience or 80‑hour clinical rotation.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, take initiative, and make independent decisions.
• Clerical experience including medical terminology required, preferably in a laboratory setting.
• Reliable transportation for assignments outside of the hospital required.
