Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Highlands Ranch, CO team. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, and ensure accurate data entry while supporting billing and travel to additional sites.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training is preferred, with 3+ months of phlebotomist experience. Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential.

• Able to pass color blindness test.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
