Job summary

Labcorp’s PAML unit in Everett, WA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, collect specimens for various tests, and enter data accurately.

Travel to additional sites may be required; schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with possible overtime. The role requires a Washington State Phlebotomy License and ideally 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, plus familiarity with compassionate patient service and

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
