Qualifications

• Phlebotomy duties including specimen collection and processing.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in technical and clerical aspects of the Laboratory department.
• Manage collection, acceptance, receipt and processing of specimens.
• Attend to samples via pneumatic tube stations.
• Perform venipuncture or capillary puncture.
• Register patient samples in LIS.
• Perform basic quality control and inventory tasks.
