Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a phlebotomist to join our Yorba Linda, CA team. You will perform venipuncture blood draws for patients of all ages, collect specimens, and maintain accurate records. This role prioritizes patient service and accurate data entry.

Focus on safety, adherence to license requirements, and flexibility to travel to additional sites; bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 1 month or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
