Job summary

Labcorp in De Pere, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, enter data accurately, process billing, and prepare specimens for testing.

Travel to additional sites may be required, with emphasis on customer service excellence. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training; 3+ months experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients and support teams.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
