Job summary

Labcorp in De Pere, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, prepare specimens for testing, and enter patient data accurately while supporting billing processes.

Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential as you travel to additional sites and contribute to Labcorp's commitment to patient care and quality diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
