We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center or client office. You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company positively. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8:00 am - 2:30 pm)

Work Location: Worcester, MA

PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, offering quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
2. Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screens and alcohol tests.
3. Accurately enter patient information into the system.
4. Process billing and collect payments as needed.
5. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide superior customer service to patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
9. Travel to additional sites when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or previous phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with LabCorp is preferred.

Expectations:

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfort working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
