Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for an onsite contract in Milton, FL. The PSR I role involves drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, with a focus on patient interaction and accuracy.

The position requires at least 6 months' experience, high school diploma, and potential phlebotomy certification. Onsite schedule is Mon-Fri, with some Saturday rotation; Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience — Required.
• One (1) year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
