Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist in Avon Park, FL to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing. This onsite contract role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and patient trust while following established procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, medical training preferred, and phlebotomy certification in some regions. Flexible, weekend/on-call availability is valued, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday rotation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

• Perform with confidence both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
