Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a phlebotomist for a contract assignment located in Franklin, WI. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm, with potential travel between our Franklin and Milwaukee clinics.

The role requires current national phlebotomy certification and BLS, with experience or completed externship. The position supports patient testing, records, and safety procedures across facilities.

Qualifications

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from approved organization OR Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands on externship completed and passed- total online courses are not acceptable
• Current certification with hands on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• State Lab Certificate (NV only)
• State Phlebotomy Tech Certification (CA, WA and LA)
• Six months to one year phlebotomy experience in a healthcare environment or satisfactory completion of an approved phlebotomy course and completion of 100 hours clinical experience

• Works independently and in accordance with safety and organizational policies and procedures
• Assists with supply inventory
• May instruct phlebotomy procedure for new employees
• Understands and abides by all of industry standards and Premise Health infection control guidelines and safety procedures;
• Knowledge of use of SDS material and emergency equipment in facility
• Proficient in phlebotomy skills, specimen collection, processing and assessing vital signs for patients
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Other duties as assigned
