Job summary

Duly Health & Care is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture across age groups, prepare specimens for testing, and maintain accurate patient logs. The role includes clerical duties and potential travel to multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification or eligibility for certification in phlebotomy, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or eligible to sit for certification preferred.
• Prior phlebotomy experience or graduation from certified phlebotomy program with healthcare experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture for all age groups.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
