Job summary

Northside Medical Associates in Columbus, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our outpatient lab team. You will perform blood draws, process specimens, and help ensure accurate test orders are transmitted to the system.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a 7:30am-4:30pm schedule Monday through Friday. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong phlebotomy or customer service skills; prior lab experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draw in outpatient draw station. Process lab specimens in a timely manner.
• Order and transmit lab orders in the computer system.
• Respond to priority collection needs and maintain turnaround time for specimen collection.
• Follow patient identification and proper labeling protocols for all specimens.
