Preferred Primary Care Physicians is seeking a Full-Time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant for our Munhall, PA office. The role combines phlebotomy with back-office MA duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, injections, and triage when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Phlebotomy Certification or at least 2 years experience with phlebotomy blood draws.
• High school diploma or GED required; MA certification preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of medical assistant; MA experience preferred (3 years).

Aufgaben

• Escort patients to exam/treatment rooms and record vital signs and health information.
• Administer injections as directed by physician.
• Assist with scheduling, chart management and patient communications.
• Obtain blood specimens and handle specimens per safety protocols.
• Assist with exams and procedures and patient education as needed.
