Job summary

Anderson Longevity Clinic® in Dr. Philips, FL 32819 is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist. This role starts part-time for 3–6 months, then transitions to full-time in a private, cash-pay practice focused on longevity, hormone therapy, and weight management.

You will provide compassionate care, perform phlebotomy, maintain safety standards, document records, and participate in patient education while supporting a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant training completed.
• Phlebotomy Certification.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate service in all patient interactions.
• Hold and maintain Florida phlebotomy certification.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area per health regulations.
• Explain blood-drawing process to patients and provide reassurance.
• Accurately update patient records and manage specimen handling.
• Support sales initiatives for blood screening services.
