Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones.
• Perform venipuncture for blood collection and obtain specimens as required.
• Prepare samples for lab testing and screening.
• Verify specimen information and perform data entry.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and Medicare rules; participate in QA.
• Cover shifts at different sites as needed to ensure operations.
