Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or better.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to accuracy, patient safety, and lab quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones.
• Perform venipuncture for blood collection and prepare samples for testing.
• Verify specimen information and enter data accurately.
• Receive, process, and package samples for referral labs.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and Medicare rules; participate in QA.
• Cover shifts at different sites as needed for operations.
• Maintain reliable attendance and teamwork.
