Job summary

Voyage Healthcare in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Phlebotomist to join a patient‑centered, team‑driven lab. You will perform blood draws, process specimens, and log results in the EHR while delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages.

This full‑time role offers an hourly range of $20.00–$23.00 based on experience, with benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, disability and life insurance, and access to an EAP.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• At least 2 years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures for patients of all ages.
• Log specimens into the laboratory information system, prepare specimens for testing, and transport specimens to reference lab as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of phlebotomy procedures in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide routine laboratory-related information to patients and staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
