Quest Diagnostics in Bellevue, WA seeks a Phlebotomist II to join a team focused on accurate specimen collection and efficient processing. This role supports patient care on a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational weekends and requires precise data entry and adherence to safety protocols.

The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/Data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify and confirm orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and maintain logs.
• Assist with statistics submission and data maintenance.
