Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Decatur, GA seeks a Phlebotomist II to join a day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Compensation starts at $21.70 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses based on performance and corporate factors. The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available for staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Research test/client information and confirm/verify orders using lab systems.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and billing-related records.
• Perform non-patient facing duties such as inventory and sanitizing.
