Responsibilities

• The PSR II represents the face of our company to patients and maintains a professional environment.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Ensures patient information on labels matches the patient and initials are verified post-venipuncture.
• Maintains required records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Travels to multiple Patient Service Center/In-Office locations as needed and works with supervision to meet staffing needs.
