Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Grapevine, TX location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, ensuring patient comfort, and handling specimen processing in a clinical and safety-conscious environment.

You will represent the company to patients, maintain accurate records, work under supervision, and support process excellence while upholding confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Communicates procedures clearly to patients and maintains a trusting, professional atmosphere during blood draws.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and on time, maintains a safe and professional environment, and keeps required records and documentation.
