Qualifications

• Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service experience in healthcare or retail is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods.
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identity and demographic information prior to specimen collection.
• Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimen labels are confirmed in the patient's presence.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Create a positive, professional environment that fosters patient trust and confidence.
• Support multiple patient service locations based on business needs.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
