Qualifications

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills.
• Keyboarding and data entry experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to support multiple locations as needed.
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• Patient Service Center experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood specimen collections, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties.
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive patient experience.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to and support multiple collection sites as needed.
