Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Phlebotomist II to deliver compassionate patient service, collect high-quality specimens, and support diagnostic testing in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will travel between service centers and ensure accurate labeling and documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, and the ability to work days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection procedures on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Prepare, process, label, and transport specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for patients.
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as needed.
• Travel between patient service centers and other assigned locations to meet business needs.
• Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
