Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensuring a safe and accurate collection.
• Verify patient demographics and labels after venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation with attention to confidentiality.
• Work under supervision while demonstrating leadership behaviors and process excellence.
• Cover multiple locations as needed, including weekends/holidays/overtime.
