Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist II for Riverside, MO. This contract role (onsite) runs 2 months with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour (USD). Shift is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime per rate schedule.

The PSR II will collect blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and interact with patients to explain procedures while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Travel across locations may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent — Required.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training — preferred
Phlebotomy certification — preferred; Required in California, Nevada, and Washington

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
Maintain a safe and professional environment.
Perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Demonstrate organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
