Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a 4-month contract in Cape Coral, FL. The onsite role requires drawing blood, preparing specimens, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 6 months of experience, with phlebotomy certification preferred. Overtime is expected, and the pay rate is $19.85–$21.26 per hour (USD).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)
• 6 months of experience minimum
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Keyboard/data entry experience required

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures
• Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accuracy in records
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and uphold confidentiality
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence
• Provide exceptional patient service and protect patient information
