Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Phlebotomist II for a 3-month contract in Springfield, MO. Onsite role with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM hours, Monday–Friday CST. Pay rate is $25.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility. You will collect blood samples, prepare specimens for testing, and maintain patient safety and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Requires high school diploma and phlebotomy experience; medical training preferred. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily patient blood collection activities.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to a positive image to patients, clients, and staff.
