Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Phlebotomist II in Sandy Springs, GA for a 2‑month contract. Onsite role with shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and overtime expected. The Phlebotomist II will draw blood, ensure patient comfort, and prepare specimens for lab testing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, HS diploma, and phlebotomy cert preferred (certs required in CA/NV/WA). Travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training preferred; phlebotomy cert preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Under supervisor direction, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform blood collection and processing following established practices.
• Verify patient demographics and labels post-venipuncture for accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to client and patient confidentiality.
